The financial advantage of outsourcing, without its complexity and complications.

Keep your tax advisors happy by focusing your in-house departments on the value added side of work, rather than getting bogged down with compliance issues

ISLE's ShoreIT is a practical near-shoring capability that enables quick, efficient and cost-effective access to a pool of IT specialists in various domains. It is a by-product of a capability that was first and foremost developed for internal purposes and projects.

ISLE's ShoreIT is a tool used to complement IT organisations and suppliers when these do not have at hand the necessary skills and ressources at the requested time. We engage where many sourcing companies fail to deliver... the smaller size projects or those operations that require very specific skills.

Why ISLE?

ISLE has been at the forefront of outsourcing throughout the last decade. Experiencing the financial promises of the model, but also all its implementation traps, from initial transition and transformation to world-distributed "business as usual" operations through outsourcing partners. We know the model, its advantages, its limitations and the involved threats and risks.

ISLE recognized the need in the second half of the last decade for efficient "rightsourcing", in particular for delivery operations. The need for a model of sourcing that would provide cost-effectiveness while enabling full understanding and control of the business processes being automated. A model whereby an "application workbench" balances outsourced operations with business requirements, not only at the functional level, but also at the stratetic and roadmap setting levels.

Why Serbia?

ISLE seeked for partners with near-shore capabilities in Europe. Many were found in Central and Eastern Europe, mainly focused today around Polish capital investments and deeply bound to Euro-zone constraints. Cost effectiveness not being inline with our expectations ISLE invested in an alternate approach and country: we established our own near-shoring capabilities in Serbia.

ISLE chose Serbia as the staging country for our near shore capabilities. Serbia is already a provider of 'mainstream' near-shoring countries such as Romania or Poland. Serbia is at the door of the EEC while not yet constrained to the Euro-zone regulations.

ISLE started investigated the Serbian IT workforce in late 2011 and began planning its near-shoring capabilities throughout 2012. Activities were setup and operational early 2013 and our first contracts were initiated during the summer of 2013. We already have an exponential growth path. And with a pool of over 700 specialised IT profiles, we can grow fast!
